R. Chad Brenner is the Managing Partner of Brenner Kaprosy Mitchell, L.L.P. He concentrates his practice on estate and wealth planning and related tax law while maintaining an active practice in real estate and corporate law.

Mr. Brenner has extensive experience in estate planning for high net worth individuals and families, asset protection planning using limited liability companies, domestic asset protection trusts, spendthrift trusts, intentionally defective grantor trusts and transfers of closely-held business interests for succession planning using family limited partnerships, limited liability companies and related entities.

He is also experienced in the administration of trusts and estates, including the applicable income tax rules.

Mr. Brenner has a wide range of experience in the structuring, financing, development and construction of commercial and retail acquisitions and sales and leases of office buildings, nursing homes, apartments and residential condominiums.  He also assists clients in complex tax and business matters including corporate acquisitions and divestitures.

He began his career as an associate partner at Carney & Broadbent in Cleveland, specializing in estate planning, corporate and business formation, negotiation of sale and acquisition of real estate.  In 1984, Mr. Brenner partnered with David V. Kaprosy, and T. David Mitchell in 2006.
